At ConvoHeal, we offer a range of wellness services and products. Please note that our policy differs between services and physical products. Services are non-refundable, while products are eligible for refunds or exchanges under specific conditions, such as damage during delivery. Please review the details below.

1. No Refund Policy for Service-Based Offerings

1.1. Non-Refundable Services:
All services offered by ConvoHeal, including yoga sessions, meditation, diet counseling, and therapy, are non-refundable once booked and delivered. This policy applies to both individual sessions and multi-session packages.

1.2. Cancellations Before Service Delivery:
If you need to cancel a service prior to its delivery, you may request to reschedule the session, subject to availability. However, no refunds will be issued. Please note that cancellations must be made at least 2 Days in advance to qualify for rescheduling.

2. Refund & Exchange Policy for Products

2.1. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange:
If you purchase a physical product from ConvoHeal and it arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for either a refund or an exchange. Products must be reported as damaged within 2 days  of receipt to qualify for a refund or exchange.

2.2. Return Process:
To initiate a refund or exchange for a damaged product, please contact us at info@convoheal.com with proof of the damage, including photos, and your order details. We will arrange for the return of the product and process your refund or exchange upon verification of the damage.

2.3. Refund Processing:
Once the damaged product is received and verified, refunds will be processed within 1 week  and will be credited back to the original method of payment. Exchanges will be processed and the replacement product will be shipped within 1 week.
