By accessing this website or booking a session, workshop, or programme with ConvoHeal Insights Training W.L.L. ("ConvoHeal", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or our services.
2. Use of This Website
This website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and programme descriptions — are provided for general informational purposes about ConvoHeal's training and human-development services. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to copy, reproduce, or redistribute its content without our prior written consent.
3. Nature of Our Services
ConvoHeal provides training, workshops, guided sessions, and human-development programmes focused on emotional intelligence, communication, leadership, parenting, and related life skills. Our services are educational and developmental in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, or clinical mental-health treatment. If you or someone you know requires clinical or emergency support, please consult a licensed healthcare professional or the appropriate emergency services.
4. Programmes & Bookings
Bookings for 1-to-1 sessions, signature programmes (including Cup of Clarity, Insights Circle, and Sparkle Circle), and workshops are confirmed once we acknowledge your request and, where applicable, receive payment. We ask that reschedules or cancellations be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled session or programme session so we can accommodate other participants. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect the availability of future bookings.
5. Payments & Refunds
Fees for sessions and programmes are communicated at the time of booking and are payable through the methods we make available. Fees already paid for a session or programme are generally non-refundable once delivered; where a session is cancelled by ConvoHeal, we will offer a reschedule or an appropriate refund at our discretion. Specific payment and refund terms may be confirmed in writing for group programmes, schools, or organizational engagements.
6. Confidentiality & Respect
Conversations shared during sessions and programmes are treated with care and discretion. We ask all participants to likewise respect the privacy of others in group settings such as Insights Circle or Sparkle Circle. Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required to prevent harm or as required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All programme materials, frameworks, and content developed by ConvoHeal remain the intellectual property of ConvoHeal Insights Training W.L.L. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used to deliver competing services without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we are committed to delivering our programmes with care and professionalism, ConvoHeal makes no guarantee of specific outcomes from participation in our sessions or programmes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ConvoHeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or participation in our services.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar.
